In cooperation with the leadership of the Navy – including the Chief of Information, The United States Navy Memorial will coordinate with the Chief of Information to bring the latest video from sea and in hot spots around the world. This video content will educate and entertain the general public about the role of today’s Navy and the maritime heritage created by the men and women of the United States Navy.

The Navy Seabees

The Seabees are the Construction Battalions of the United States Navy. The Seabees have a history of building bases, bulldozing and paving thousands of miles of roadway and airstrips, and accomplishing myriad other construction projects in a wide variety of military theaters dating back to World War II. Their name derives from the sound of the acronym for "Construction Battalion" (CB).
