Mr. Steichen is a giant of Photography and his role in naval Photography during the World Wars was closely tied to the success of Eastman Kodak Co. in supplying a variety of photographic materials and equipment in support of the War Efforts. On behalf of Kodak VetNet (network of military veteran employees of Eastman Kodak Co.) I salute Edward Steichen and the US navy for sharing this piece of history with the public!
