Episode 2 – Building a SEAL

Weeding out the weak and bringing the strong together. Class 224 gets to the heart of what being a SEAL is all about.

Episode 3 – Hell Week

The physical and mental test of motivation. Watch Class 224 go through the most grueling training required in any branch of service. Five and a half days of cold, sleepless misery.

Episode 4 – Water Works

Class 224 goes “Into the water”. Watch as the trainees are put through the dive phase of training where teamwork and logic is stressed.

Episode 5 – The Rock

Class 224 resumes training on San Clemente Island. It begins with a confidence building night swim…but not before the trainees are shown films of shark attacks.

Episode 6 – Ring the Bell

Graduation Day for Class 224. After 6 months of arduous training the men are now Navy SEALS.
